LE COOL - how it all started
I am the founder of LE COOL PUBLISHING based in Barcelona, Spain. We started back in 2003 with a free, weekly e-mail based cultural agenda and alternative city guide. First city was Barcelona, we now do 8 cities around Europe and with some 200.000+ subscribers making us Europe’s largest alternative guide media.
LING MAGAZINE
I am also the founder and director of LING MAGAZINE, an award winning inflight magazine for Vueling, a Spanish airline. We just won the gold at the SPD Awards - the Oscars of magazine design, which is quite amazing since we are this tiny mag in Spain and the other huge winner was The New york Times!
WEIRD AND WONDERFUL GUIDES
We are currently producing 5 amazing guide books (don’t take my word for it; have a look) for Barcelona, Madrid, Amsterdam, London and Lisbon - all done by local design studios and our local LE COOL team.
The books will be on sale from early june.
BEOPLE - BARCELONA PEOPLE
Outside work, sort of, I organize Beople - Barcelona People, a monthly gathering for entrepenuers and those who aim to become, where an inspiring guest share their personal story on how they have managed to reach success. Events are all filmed and the videos can be found here.
